Do you enjoy working with others on challenging projects? If you do, you’ll be a great addition to our Insurance Products and Financial Planning Solutions teams. You can help us to understand how well we currently meet our customers’ needs, how we design products to help them and how we can adapt in a constantly evolving world, to transform the way we protect their futures.



Over two years, you’ll complete three eight-month placements in a variety of locations around the UK. You’ll develop a better understanding of our business and build on your strengths while making an impact on a variety of projects.

Day-to-day this could be:

  • Leading projects to increase opportunities for Lloyds Banking Group
  • Identifying trends and making business recommendations to ensure the best outcomes for our customers
  • Building products and services delivered through a variety of channels and channel propositions, to support our customers’ needs
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to create new opportunities for our customers
  • Developing your digital and leadership skills, which will be invaluable for your future career

A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university and an open mind.

This rotational programme offers graduates the opportunity to train as an actuary, working within the insurance business to deliver fair outcomes for customers, and ensure the company remains in strong financial health.
