Your career journey starts here
If you’re passionate about researching trends, analysing behaviour and implementing new ideas, you’ll make a big impact in our Retail Customers and Products teams. With over 12,000 colleagues in the division and 10 different business areas, you’ll gain insights into how we design and develop products and services, and play a big part in delivering them in areas like marketing, mortgages, car leasing and more.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Over two years, you’ll complete three eight-month placements in different locations around the UK. You’ll work in customer and product-focused areas, build your understanding of how our customers behave and develop specialist insights and leadership skills.
Day to day you could be:
- Developing innovative customer products and services
- Gathering and analysing powerful insights about our customers
- Supporting our marketing strategy for brands like Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Bank
- Assessing and maintaining our existing products to make sure they’re continually meeting our customers’ needs
